Founded by Ameen Fadel, at the age of 16 in Lakeshore, Ontario, Cedar Valley Selections began with the creation of Canada's FIRST bottled Fattoush Salad Dressing. Our mission is to use the highest quality ingredients that are ethically sources in order to bring you products that not only taste amazing, but are great for you. Our lineup includes 7 dressings/marinades and 3 flavours of authentic style pita chips.
