C’est bon was started so that we could share our Cajun food with everyone. We were raised in a loving family of fantastic Cajun cooks. My grandmother was one of eight children raised in Church Point, La. Our recipes have been passed down for many generations. And, of course, if you are Cajun, you know that our recipes are not actually written down, it’s just a little bit of ‘dis and a little bit of ‘dat and a whole lot of love. Our Cajun pulled pork is perfectly seasoned with garlic, peppers, onions, and our own special blend of spices that enhance the flavors of the tender, moist pork. And our chicken and sausage gumbo is the same gumbo that our family has been making for generations. When you try our Cajun pulled pork sandwich or our gumbo, you are going to want to slap yo’ mama for not raising you on some of the best food you will ever eat!!
