I create hand-fabricated jewelry, using primarily copper and sterling silver with gold accents.  Semi-precious gemstones are used in many pieces.  Metalsmithing processes include fabrication, inlays and overlays, texturing, chasing/repousse, fold-forming, and various types of forming processes.  When working solely with metals, my base piece is the canvas with additional types of metals to create the “picture”.  When working with semi-precious gemstones, I choose well-cut stones and allow the type of the gemstone,
 and the color of the gemstone to define the design.
