Chef Daddy's custom built concession trailer is professionally designed for high volume situations. Whether a concert or festival with thousands of potential customers to a large corporate catering, rest assured, we have you covered. Up to 1,000 meals served comfortably per day. We also take pride in using as much local and/or organic ingredients as possible. Using local ingredients supports our local economy and is more nutritious. Our menu includes amazing tacos and sliders, as well as fries and chips. All of our sauces are home made. Our meats are smoked to perfection! Our fries are all cut and cooked fresh! We also offer vegan and gluten free selections!!!
