Christian Giles Scholarship Fund, Evans, GA
In October 2009, the Christian Giles Scholarship Fund, a non-profit organization, was established to honor Christian Daniel Giles, her love for children and her generous nature. Christian was a first year kindergarten teacher who was tragically killed in July 2008. Our main goal is to alleviate some of the personal financial burden on carefully chosen Richmond and Columbia County elementary school teachers in the economically disadvantaged areas who run short on classroom supplies and/or monies for field trip transportation. We are here to stand in these teachers' financial gap.
