CoCo:Chenille began in 1991 based on the idea of recycling vintage chenille bedspreads into new products -- clothing and decorative items for the home -- and reached national prominence through the pages of Country Living Magazine. Now CoCo presents a new line of recycled/reimagined products -- hats, arm warmers aka fingerless gloves, and tube scarves made from recycled sweaters.
Owner Christina Lynn Whited, has been making hats and other accessories all her life. The one-of-a-kind hats and accessories of CoCo:Chenille are made without patterns for the most part and are delightfully indie in feeling. Each hat is a unique creation that often can be worn in a variety of ways, allowing you to put your individual stamp on the wearable art.
Christina is also a teacher of metaphysics and that information can be found at www.CircleOfIntention.com.
