I am also a wholesale supplier of these items, for others to share in the cottage industry of natural products. I am very proud of the business that has grown out of my small central Wisconsin farm. We also produce high quality hay using sustainable agricultural practices, and wholesale beef raised in a humane and more natural way. Beef orders need to be placed at least 3 months in advance, due to the small herd size. This is tender, high quality beef sold by the quarter, half or whole.
