WELCOME! The City of Pembroke Pines Southwest Focal Point Community Center has been hosting an Antique & Vintage Collectible show since 2004. Twice a year, we do our best to bring in as many dealers as possible for the visitors to enjoy the day, browsing through vintage comic books, posters, glassware, jewelry, fine porcelain, clothing, silver, lamps, small furniture, oddities, etc. We welcome visitors to stop by and browse in 53,000 square feet of air conditioned comfort.

Four times a year we host a flea market, bringing in over 100 vendors who sell their wares and over 1000 those weekends. Merchandise ranges from vintage to new jewelry, new shoes, new and gently used clothes, plants, music memorabilia, collectibles, too much stuff to mention and merchandise is always changing.

Annually, we host a Fall Arts & Crafts Show, where we do everything we can to ensure all items are handmade, but it is not a juried show. Crafters are encouraged to apply to keep the show ever evolving. Those who participated in previous shows are not a guaranteed return artist, as there is a selection process every year. Applicants are reminded to read the rules & regulations carefully as there are a number of requirements to be included in your application packet.

All show applicants must read the rules & regulations adhered to each application and sign the contract. Spaces are secured for all shows by the hardcopy application attached to a check or money order for payment. (A&C also needs hardcopy photos).

Local businesses and government agencies are welcomed at the Annual Veterans Employment Expo. Geared towards assisting our Veterans find employment after their military career is complete, it is a face paced day, full of a variety of possible employment avenues to take advantage of. All are welcome as it is open to the public, but our main concern and target audience is our well deserving military personnel.

Local Healthcare providers, Insurances companies, health care product suppliers are welcome to participate in our Annual Health Fair. Open to the public, however our target audience is our ever growing senior population.

There is free parking and free admission for all shows. See each individual event application for table or booth space fees.
