Creations are made of polymer clay over glass, mostly on up-cycled vessels. All designs are created by folding, layering and slicing clay, they are not painted in any way. They range from small brush holders, to large vases, to Christmas ornaments.
Playing with clay started as therapy. I won a battle with cancer, but continue to fight chronic Lyme and babesiosis, which are sometimes debilitating. On days that I can't function otherwise, I can always play with clay! Seeing how the clay moves and blends, never the same way twice, is soothing to the soul. Soon, glass never made it to recycling and Clay Zensations was born.
