Every year, on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, the small town of Comfort, Texas in the beautiful Texas Hill Country puts on their biggest event of the year, Christmas In Comfort! The main street through the historic downtown section is blocked off for arts & crafts and food vendors during the day.
In the evening, the large Christmas tree in our plaza is lighted and a lighted night parade takes place with around 100 entries. Santa and Mrs. Claus bring up the end of the parade and is followed by a fireworks display.
We average around 85 vendors in a 4 to 5 block spread making this a very easy event to participate as a vendor and enjoy as a visitor. We look forward to seeing you where you can find Comfort in Texas.
