The Jewish Food Festival at Congregation Beth Israel in Carmel will delight your taste buds. Savor “Jewish Soul Food” including corned beef, pastrami and brisket sandwiches, blintzes, kugel, latkes, matzah ball soup, chopped liver, knishes, hummus, baked goods and more. If you are not familiar with these Jewish Foods, you're in for a culinary treat!
This year, Congregation Beth Israel opens to the public with live entertainment including music from well-known folk singers Cantor Alisa Fineman and Kimball Hurd, a tour of our beautiful sanctuary by Rabbi Bruce Greenbaum, and a Jewish wedding reenactment.
Enjoy the many craft booths featuring jewelry, pottery, and arts and crafts. Food Festival memorabilia and information about our many programs will be available at the CBI membership booth.
Getting here is easy! Free Parking is available at Carmel Middle School with free shuttles to and from the festival throughout the day.
