now picture this... your fresh in husk roasted corn is removed pipping hot from our roaster, then we peel the husk back to expose all those delicious kernels waiting to explode with all that fresh roasted flavor but first we run it into perfectly melted butter then give it the shake down. Well cover your corn in one of our tasty spice combinations as much... or as little as your event goers desire. Our signature chile lime is a instant classic,as well as awesome bacon flavor both original and hickory, we offer old fashion salt an pepper, barbeque, toasted sesame and ginger, classic taco, cajun, jerk, blackened, and garlic and italian herb.

Our roaster will produce a whopping 400 ears an hour keeping lines low and smiles big, and ensuring you that no event is too large or small.
