Andarrio Johnson is the owner & founder of A.M.J. Catering. It was founded in May 2004 in Columbia, South Carolina. Andarrio Johnson is a South Carolina native, born & raised in Hilton Head Island. As a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, a prestigious hospitality and culinary institution, he specialized in Southern and French cuisines. Chef Andarrio is the owner of Cuzzo's Cuisine Food Truck. When you taste his food you get a feel & taste of passion he puts in each dish. A few of Chef dishes are Shrimp & Grits, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Collard Green , etc. Serving Charlotte &surrounding areas. He's also a private chef.
