Cynthia Mantini is an artist who enjoys painting the landscapes and scenery of Florida. She has been doing this professionally since 2014. As an 8th generation Floridian she has studied, explored, lived and worked in North Florida her entire life. Most of her life she has been an entrepreneur in the printing business in Gainesville and Lake City. Using her own photographs she paints in her studio or sometimes on site work (plein air) using acrylics on canvas or board and sometimes with watercolor or soft pastels, with a desire to capture realism which relishes the details and color from light.
