We offer a tasty Neapolitan style thin crust pizza that cooks in less than 2 minutes at 800+ degrees. The result is a thin bubbly crust that is slightly charred on the outside yet chewy on the inside. Our dough is made from scratch daily and allowed to proof for 1-2 days before it ends up in our ovens.
