Mr. Hathcock was born in 1938 near the end of the Great Depression just outside of Ripley Tn. Times were hard and money was also nonexistent. His people were traditional farmers and a formal education was not needed by most at this time in history. He managed however to finish high school at Ripley High School and was admitted into the University of Tennessee.
He served in the US Army for three years at Ft. Carson, Colorado during the Cuban missile crsis and the assassination of John F. Kennedy.
At thirty-two he married Katherine A Harrison from Ripley, Tn and they were blessed with two Children, David A and Jessica. I
In the year 2000, he retired and started writing books for the public. Currently, he has five books on the market. "A Path Thru the Weeds", "The Way of Cain", "he touched me", The Eternal Purpose", and "Revelation Simplified".
"Revelation Simplified" is his latest book and helps people get a better understanding of the Bible.
Mr. Hathcock has a B. A. in liberal arts and a M.A. religious theology.
