David Fishman creates hyper detailed photographs of plants that reveal them as impressive, intricately populated worlds of their own. Because of David's detail orientation and his fascination with the unusual, he enjoys capturing patterns, textures and shapes of unique botanicals. Multiple exposures are used to accentuate every detail of the plant. He carefully extracts the background leaving minute detail of delicate parts of plants, even spider webs, giving a three dimensional appearance.
Through David's art, he hopes to share his awe and wonder, and to educate those that view his stunning, often times bizarre botanical portraits.
