I have a unique approach to aviation art. I first start by building a large scale model airplane which takes me about three months. Next I photograph the model outdoors in natural light to match skyscape photographs I've taken while flying. Then I bring the aircraft picture into the skyscape picture in Photoshop and do extensive work on the pictures until I get the realism I want. Lastly I make a giclee canvas print out of the finished product. My style of Aviation Art gives me total freedom to create any moment in aviation history. The greatest compliment is when viewers can't tell that their looking at a model of an airplane. Visions Of Thunder!
