I was taught to crochet 44 years ago by a Grandma who could look at an item and crochet it. I was taught that
way too. I had to learn how to read a pattern which was difficult, but I can still make an item just by seeing the
finished product. I find that crocheting is relaxing and I enjoy it tremendously. I am always looking for new
patterns and designs.
I make crocheted items from shrugs, sweaters, handbags, dishcloths, shawls, baby items, etc. I make everything
myself, except I purchase my yarn. All my items are washable. I do not work with wool or wool blend it is
all acrylic. I take pride in my work. I wash every item before I put it on my selling table. I reinforce to my
customers that my items are washable.
