Debbie Tobey Designs was created out of love for art. I love color and creating things using fabric and my embroidery and sewing machine. I have a engineering background (civil) that gave me the ablity to see things in 3 dementions. I rarely use patterns. This is my way to express myself and to make people happy to wear or to use my items, which gives me a great feeling of satisfaction. If people have a need they usually come to me to create their ideas.
