Deborah A. Berlin
Deborah was born in Amsterdam, New York and currently lives in Columbia County, New York.
She is fascinated with color and the freedom of watercolor, in particular. Although creative throughout her life, her interest in color began in earnest in late 2015. She first picked up a paintbrush in June of 2017 and then completed 365 consecutive days of painting. She continues to paint nearly every day. A self-taught artist, she is currently experimenting with many styles. Deborah prefers thick, vibrant application, especially in her floral compilations / compositions.
Living a pay-it-forward life, Deborah donates at least one project a month to a recipient who graciously allows her to practice on his/her subject matter. She looks forward to seeing how her work progresses in the coming years.
