I have always loved custom made products. There is nothing like a beautiful handmade gift. I love to design and make special items for all my family and friends. I would take an idea and translate it into a beautiful masterpiece.
So why did I decide to make the Stove Cover / Handle Covers? Well we bought a house, and along with the new house we decided to buy a brand new refrigerator and then I got my dream double oven stove. I was so excited. Then out of the blue, my glass top which was only a week old, got a 6" scratch. I was devastated so I went online to see if there was something that jumped out at me and well a few did. I bought a quilted cover but it was too small. I wanted something to cover the whole stove plus some. Then I bought a wood over and found that it was a pain because I had to find a place to sit it while I was using the stove. That's when I came up with the idea of making a my own cover that I would like and if I liked it, then so will others. I do make my covers bigger than what they should be but I take in the fact that they will shrink too. Especially when it is made out of 100% cotton. Then I decided to design the handle covers to go with the stove and my refrigerator.
When my customers contact me about something they want created, I don't hesitate about jumping on it. I love challenges.
