One morning many years ago I woke up and knew i would become a bee keeper- I did. I always gave my honey to family, friends or those in need. A couple years ago I decide to embark upon a new path. My father, like his father, made moonshine. At the age of 12 my father was pushed into making shine to support his mother and siblings, when his father was jailed for making moonshine. When I was a little girl my father always told me a story about how it did not matter how full you fill the barrel there is always some missing when you empty it. Dad said the part that evaporated off the top was the angels keep and the part that remained on the walls of the barrel was the devils' keep. I put honey in the wet barrel. The honey relentlessly pursues and captures that last drop- thus the birth of devils' Keep Honey.
