I have been making my sauce for about 25 years now and when My wife and I retired a couple years ago my friends talked me in to selling my great flavored sauce. I have won awards for the past 2 years now and everone loves the taste of my sauce. Dixie Delight is a mild cayenne sauce for those who want just a little heat.Dixie Heat is my favorite it is a medium heat and made from cayenne pepper has a touch of sweet and a good heat all mixed together. Dixie Fire I made for those who want a firey heat of haberano peppers but still holds a great flavor.I feel like between these three levels of heat I have a sauce that all can enjoy!
