Deb and Steve Garst are signature members of the International Society of Acrylic Painters. We are the only husband/wife artists to be awarded signature status in ISAP. We are both members of the Watercolor Society of Alabama, the Georgia Watercolor Society, the Tallahassee Watercolor Society, the Southern Watercolor Society. Deb is also a signature member of the International Society of Experimental Artists.
