Enter my world of imagination …
Contemplate the essence of these digital images,allowing my “light painted” technique to stimulate your mind’s eye as you proceed through the built environment. Each snapshot stems from a unique, nuanced impression digitally imprinted by my camera in a single, captured moment. Then, using imagination and technology together with what the camera captured, I endeavor to generate an image of that moment and bring that snippet of the experience to you, the viewer.
I explore of a wide variety of imaginative avenues, discovering what’s behind my own emotional impressions and perceptions. The strong influence of architectural modernism taught to me at the University of Kentucky and my life experiences allow me to experience the built environment and the natural world in a unique light and stimulate my imagination to simply run wild. My “camera as your eye” images of items in motion are digitally painted to create a unique art style
