Graduated in 2007; Pastry Chef Dorothy McCall enrolled in the Baking and Pastry program at Pasadena’s Le Cordon Bleu and fell into baking with gusto. I have refined My palate and honed my talent for desserts at my own shop of Candisnaks Bakery.
I realized my interest in food extended beyond baking and I hope to return to school for my Bachelors of Arts in food.
