DRIFT Coastal Kitchen is a Port Clinton-based mobile food trailer created by one of the Aquarius, Port Clinton's waterfront bistro and cocktail lounge, operators. Built from years of restaurant and hospitality experience, DRIFT brings an elevated, scratch-made menu to festivals, fairs and community events. Our offerings include grilled chicken and steak handhelds, fresh salads, seasoned potatoes, warm naan and house-made sauces, with substantial vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices. Guests are often surprised by the variety and quality of food prepared inside our fully equipped 20-foot trailer. With two order-taking windows and a dedicated serving window, DRIFT is designed to provide efficient service while delivering a food-trailer experience that goes well beyond what guests typically expect.
