The Pilates Room located in downtown Portsmouth offers both private and small group training in both Reformer Pilates and mat Pilates. Offsite Yoga classes are also offered. Along with genuine chakra crystals and gemstones, Michele sells handmade jewelry inside the studio and at local craft fairs and private events.
