As a vendor, Earthfire Artistry came about as a simple request from a friend... "You're so artistic, can you make lava rings for my oils?"
I had been drawing pet portraits, painting (acrylic), sculpting (polymer clay), etc. - So, I gave it a shot.
People loved my rings and I started helping out my friend at events. I expanded my selection of items and started making bracelets, later necklaces, and then wire wrapped pendants. I wanted to keep with the natural vibe my friend created with her oils. So I kept my jewelry as natural as possible, staying with natural copper and silver coated copper professional grade wire for wrapping, along with natural crystals and stones (the occasional glass when I can't resist). I now also include crystals, gems, and other items that accessorize my offerings. We have customers come back year after year for our creative quality products, it is a point of pride to know our products are so loved. We have even impressed other business's enough to receive requests for our items to be carried at their locations. I still work with my friend (Sage's Aromatherapy) and I work big events with her. I am now starting to fill in the "between time" with events of my own. I may also carry a small selection of her most popular oils as they do make a wonderful compliment to what I create and their smell is divine.
