Our Roast Master served an Honorable and Decorated career as a Navy Corpsman. In his downtime, he enjoyed roasting coffee and has been roasting for over 16 years. He has mastered the art of coaxing all of the flavor nuances that make up the essence of a great cup of coffee. We roast to order. That means we do not have pre-roasted coffee sitting on our shelves with a "Best if Used By" date on the bag. Our company belongs to the Special Coffee Association of America and Fair Trade and Rain Forest Certified.
