Welcome to Emma Heart Belle (formerly Jacqueline Rezmer Designs).

I am a stay at home mommy to two beautiful girls and a wife to an amazing and supportive husband.

I love all things crafts and enjoy experimenting and playing around with different techniques and mediums.  I am always looking to learn new things and I absolutely love collaborating with customers and helping them bring their visions to life.
