I have done many Caterings and events for most of them was all Mexican food, for that is my specialty, but have done gourmet, American and such.

I'm what you would call a Cooking Enthusiast! For all of my recipes I fallow my heart and my senses. Although my Mother is gone, cooking reminds me of her, sometimes, it seems that she is here with me! She was my role model. God Bless her!
