Santa's Holiday Workshop at The Dalles Civic – Saturday, December 20 The Dalles, OR — The Dalles Civic Auditorium Invites families to a festive Santa's Holiday Workshop on Saturday, December 20, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This free community event features Santa visits, activities and crafts supported by The Home Depot, and cookie decorating provided by Cobblestone Catering. Concours de Maryhill is an open automobile show and anyone with a special car may enter. The day concludes with an awards presentation. This event is organized by Concours de Maryhill and is free on museum grounds for spectators. Schedule Please arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. 8 a.m. Registration opens; begin placement of cars on the field. 10 a.m. All cars in place. 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. Vote for your favorites in 20+ classes. 12 p.m. Maryhill Loops Road Hillclimb race cars arrive. 12 – 2 p.m. Race car display, and Maryhill Loops Road open to the public. 1 p.m. Voting ends. 2 p.m. Awards presentation begins. Drive the Maryhill Loops Road | 12-2 pm The historic Maryhill Loops Road is opened for automobiles only twice a year. This is your chance to take a spin past the beautiful scenery and through the road's eight hairpin curves. Free on the historic Maryhill Loops Road, located just east of US 97 off of State Route 14. SUNDAY, OCTOBER 5, 2025 Maryhill Loops Hillclimb | 9 am-5 pm Only approved, pre-registered automobiles and drivers can compete in this race. Spectators viewing the race from the Highway 97 Overlook and from designated viewpoints along the route may watch for free. Organized by the Maryhill Loops Vintage Hill Climb Association.
