Somewhere between the cotton and corn fields of Missouri is where the story of EzraJane begins. From the moment they met in a small town church, their love for music was something that quickly united the two girls, giving birth to “EzraJane”.  Erica and Kelly are full of life and excitement as they talk about their friendship, the roads they have traveled

together, and their determination to achieve the dreams they have carried over the years. Since relocating to Nashville the girls never looked back. Finding the production team that could bring to life the music inside their heads was difficult at first, but then they connected with the songwriters/producers Kyle Jacobs and Ben Glover along with engineer Matt

McClure and everything clicked! They understood EzraJane’s unique soulful, sibling-like harmonies, thus creating a sound that’s all their own. “Where country music meets contemporary melodies and production is where you’ll find EzraJane,” says both girls.

As important as their music is, they also talk freely on how they strive to maintain God as their foundation, and their ever growing desire to change the face of Sierra Leone, West Africa. At the core, EzraJane desires to change, through music, the way people live in countries many of us often forget about. “Music is definitely a huge passion of ours, but

more importantly we want to urge everyone to live their life to improve the lives of others, to do what they can to make a difference.” The quote that says “The quickest way to change or effect a culture is through the arts” is really something the girls believe in. Now as to the name EzraJane. It’s been said that it all started over “the” perfect pair of jeans. It may sound crazy, but have a 15 minute conversation with the girls that make up

this country duo and you will understand just how important a good pair of jeans really is! During one of their infamous jean shopping trips, while the name was still being discussed, Kelly found a pair of jeans that was an "Ezra" and Erica found a pair that was a "Jane”. After learning the definition of each, they felt naming the group EzraJane would not only define

their cause but remind them daily of all they have been blessed with.
