We are a family owned and operated BBQ catering and vending company. Everything on our menu is HOMEMADE, Including our BBQ sances,RUBS and ALL sides. We smoke all of meats with a combinaion of apple and pecan wood in our smoker for amazing flavor. Our completely self contained smoker/grill and Dutch oven cooking will add that something specical to your out door event.
