F&A BBQ, Smyrna, GA
F&A BBQ is a food trailer concept owned and operated by a husband and wife competition cooking team. We provide on-site vending and catering of parties and business lunches up to 100 persons. We are award winning BBQ competitors that bring those flavor profiles to the public. All meats are slow cooked in a water pan smoker using Hickory wood for the smoke. Our Brunswick stew is the Georgia style, very meaty and thick. The chili is without beans, cooked in the Texas style with Tri-tip steak. Our beans are also slow smoked.
