Being born in a Circus family I have been in show business my entire life. Starting in concessions back in 1972 working fairs, and circuses.
Then in 1987 started my own concession with a Funnel Cake trailer.
Then went under tent serving Blooming Onions, Cheesesteaks, Sausages, Ribbon Fries, and Curly Fries. Throughout all those years we worked Fairs, Music Festivals, Art Shows, and Sporting Events.
In 2013 decided to get back into a trailer operation with my small Cheesesteak trailer working mostly festival. Wanting to get back into Fairs decided to have our custom Waffles & Soft Serve trailer built, which will be serving the Bubble Waffle Cones, Waffle Cones, and Waffle Bowls.
