Italian Ice is a refreshing treat and it's the only product we serve. The recipe is water-based and is a fat, dairy, cholesterol, and high fructose corn syrup free dessert in various flavors. Amazingly, it is the only Italian Ice that has no dairy or non-dairy creamer but, has the smooth texture of ice cream or sherbet.
