FESTIVAL513 serves as a complementary event meeting the needs of the nearly 50,000 music festival patrons expected that weekend. Strategically located onFreedom Way and Elm Street directly in front of Paul Brown Stadium, FESTIVAL513 transforms the thoroughfare into a convenient and centralized shopping area of food and general merchandise vendors. Hours of operation: Friday 6:00 pm until 2:00am and Saturday 12:00 noon until 2:00am. The event is free.
