Firehouse Crabballs, LLC is owned and operated by Tommy Gibson and Charlotte Baker. We specialize in CRAB! Topping our menu are homemade Maryland crab cakes, crab soup, crab balls, crab dip and soft shell crab. Our menu also includes freshcut fries, fried shrimp, fried cod, and veggie burgers. For breakfast we prepare cooked to order sandwiches: sausage, egg and cheese; bacon, egg and cheese; crab, egg and cheese omelet; and an awesome crab dip omelet. Our food is prepared in a fully equipped concession trailer. We are also able to offer additional menu items, as a venue may require. Come join us at one of our festivals! We bring Maryland to Florida in the winter and return to the Mid-Atlantic for the summer season.
