Fire in the Hole Wood-Fired Pizza is a mobile Firebrick and Stucco Wood-Fired oven operating out of Denton, Texas. We specialize in Napoletan style artisan pizzas baked from scratch right in front of the customer. The oven is as big of an attraction as the food it produces. Customers can actually see their pizza prepared by hand and then watch it cook in the intense heat and flickering flames of the traditional oven.
