Italian Sausage Sandwich Concession. I have been serving my authentic sandwich for over 20 years and loving every minute of it. My establishment can accommodate up to 500,000 in attendance. My own Italian sausage recipe is topped with grilled onions, peppers, tomatoes and basil. It is a sure crowd pleaser.
