Garden Club of Indian River County Was first organized in 1928. We are a member of the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs. Currently the Garden Club of IRC has 10 chapters with over 240 members. We own our own building and grounds. Our goals are to stimulate a love and knowledge of gardening, to study and aid in the protection of native plants, wildlife and the environment, and to encourage beautification throughout our community. We offer diverse programs on flower arranging, horticulture, other garden related subjects and topics. Gardenfest! is held the first weekend in February Proceeds from Gardenfest! help the club's local student scholarships and community outreach programs.
