We have been doing events as small as back yard parties to large events like street fairs and fairs from 50 to several 1000 We have been doing BBQ for 20 years we started with a 55 gal steel drum now two trailer cookers later. Our main food are Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Beef Ribs, Pork Ribs, and on Request Cedar plank Smoked Salmon and Prawns with BBQ smoked Oysters and Mussles, we also have Halibut, and Lobsters, Bacon wapped Scallops.
We cook all year here in the Northwest .
