The Georgia Mineral Society is the oldest and largest gem and mineral society in the Southeast.
Founded in 1935, we are a completely volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to educating the youth of the state and members of our society in the field of Earth Sciences.
GMS is a member of the Southeast Federation of Mineralogical Societies and is associated with the American Federation of Mineralogical Societies.
