Ginger's Alley Cart is a life long dream.  I purchased a small school bus that had minimum equipment for a food truck. I have since added more.  The previous 3 years my store manager knew how much I loved to cook and allowed me to select whatever product I choose from our store, prepare it and serve it for donation to various charities.  My food was well greeted and sometimes requests for certain dishes to be made.  A work injury caused me to be unable to perform my job so the adventure with my bus began.  All food is made fresh daily.  I have a wide selection including gourmet burgers, Philly Cheese Steak, Roast beef Manhattan made with fresh sirloin steak, Hand cubed Tenderloins, Hot Dogs, Chicken Fingers, Pulled Pork, all sandwiches come with a drink, fries or chips, and are reasonably priced.
