We design limited edition handmade bracelets using authentic recycled handmade glass “Trade Beads”(historically used as money on the ancient West African trade routes) from the ancient Krobo Trade Bead Market of Konforidua,Ghana West Africa. Our bracelets all original and not mass produced. We source our beads directly from families who've been making Trade Beads for generations by recycling old glass bottles. We are based in Baltimore and the Designer(Jerrell Baker) was introduced to this tradition while complete a Fulbright/Hayes Study Fellowship In 2005.
