I grew up on a farm in upstate New York which was in a town where the cows outnumbered the people. I know some of you must be thinking, “how terrible,” but it was that upbringing that instilled in me a love for the outdoors at a very young age. I went on to study at a college in the Adirondacks where I always looked forward to hiking and outdoor activities during my free time. Near the end of my college career I decided to study abroad which brought me to New Zealand. I have been travelling the world ever since and capturing all of the memories that life has to offer. When I realized that it was time to grow up and settle down I moved to Maine where I met my wonderful husband, Mike. We live in southern Maine with our Portuguese Water Dog, Xena (the Warrior Princess).
