I've always believed that following your passions are key to ones' happiness! In 2001 I literally had a dream one night to spread an inspiring message that anything could be "Good 4 the Soul." Simple words that my then 7 year old son, Sam, would run around saying about everything from pizza to soccer was Good 4 the Soul.
As a single Mom since my son was 6 months old, I've had my challenges. Looking at all obstacles as opportunities with gratitude has helped paved my way.
Based In Kalamazoo, Michigan, Our Eco friendly apparel is 100% Cotton, with organic blends, preshrunk so the fit you get lasts, wash after wash. Created with natures color palette in mind our shirts are garment-dyed. That means only the finished product is dyed, not the entire piece of fabric. The result: our garments use less dye, less energy and less water. In addition, the non-dyed fabric clippings left after the garment is cut are re-cycled to create new T-shirts.
